If you're here, you're likely looking for the list of "heroes" with whom you need to swear oaths:
Guan Ping
Lady Mi
Xu Shu
Zhou Cang
The easiest way to do this is by highlighting their name in the Reinforcements menu and, if you have them, press
to use a Cup of Cordiality to raise their oath level with you. Each cup will do about 2-3 levels and they cap out at 10. I needed 20 to get all 4 to Sworn Hero and only one of them had any previous levelling and it was only to 4.
If you need Cups of Cordiality, obviously they are hidden in many levels, but the Lady Mi fight (Sub-Battlefield - The True Face of Lady Mi) has one in its reward pool, so you can fight her to pick them up as an alternative.
If I find any info on an easy farm for Cups, I will update this solution.

Requiem for the deceased in the first DLC pack has a guaranteed drop in the cave towards the end of the level. Takes about a minute for each run. Then just reset the level.

Unlike the previous two DLCs, there are four new allies in this DLC. Guan Ping, Lady Mi, and Danfu are all unlocked during story progression through the first two main battlefields. The fourth ally, Zhou Cang, is unlocked upon completing the first sub battlefield, The Loyal and Brave Servant.
Like with previous DLCs, you should make it a point to utilize Reinforcements at Battle Flags to bring at least one, if not two, of these new allies with you on every mission, just to raise their bond as much as possible during natural progression. You definitely won't max bond with more than one of them by the time you finish all battlefields in this DLC, so then it's a matter of either grinding their bond out by replaying missions, or by using Cups of Cordiality to raise their bond quickly.
Personally, without replaying any missions, I had enough Cups of Cordiality from natural progression to max bonds with all allies in the previous two DLCs, but I ran out in this DLC. What I did was replay the duel against Lady Mi, because one of the mission rewards is a Cup of Cordiality. If you're comfortable beating her, you can do it in a few minutes and get a Cup each time, which is way faster than grinding kills with them as Reinforcements.
Once all four allies are maxed in bond, you'll unlock this achievement.
