How to unlock the Mightiest of Men achievement in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Definitive Guide

Complete the level "The Battle of Hulaoguan Pass" in Part 4, and defeat the area boss Lu Bu.

Some tips for the boss fight:
Be defensive while Lu Bu is on the horse. Defelct every attack you can and wear his spirit down. When his spirit bar is maxed out, he will be knocked off the horse, making melee combat easier.
Equip a Water wizardry spell that targets (such as Frost Lance). When he is off his horse, he equips Fire magic on his weapon. Hitting him with the Water spell will cancel his Fire magic.

      Hope this helps, good luck!

Didn't unlock when clearing the level. Played completely solo, no summons, no online co-op.

I've seen a few other achievements get bugged on here like that. Hopefully they fix these issues soon.

It popped when I loaded in after the title update today. So apparently it was fixed even though the release notes didn’t mention it. Hopefully it covers the other bugged ones too.

Regarding the fight: He does his most telegraphed and punishable moves while in fire mode, so I’d consider leaving it on as long as you can learn to dodge his fire grab.

Id recommend not using summons as they really just get in the way. Imo Lu Bu is designed to be a 1v1 fight where you get skill-checked on the parry/block mechanics. Once i stopped worrying about picking up the knuckleheads who went down every 5 seconds I beat him first try

Another tip which helped me and my friend. We struggled for a few hours against this boss and it was when I suggested we grind the area to get to morale 25 that we actually beat him. After learning his moveset the extra morale gave use the extra boost we needed to get it done.

This tactic helped: he stood in a block and pressed B to parry during Lu Bu’s attacks. As a result, if the parry fails, you will stand in the block and receive no damage, or the damage will be small. On red attacks you need to parry. The main thing is not to run after him, even if he jumped away from you, he will come back to you. When he is on horseback, stand in block and parry, attack only after parrying the red attack. Do not call assistants - they are useless here and will only get in the way.

On the contrary, two assistants helped me. While he is busy with one thing, you can pour it into his back. As soon as he put one of his partners on his knee, we run up and return him to the battle. but with all this, we stand in the block almost always when he attacks us and parry if it lights up red. with two brothers he won on the first try, but while trying solo I learned his habits a little
