Don't stress about this achievement at all. You will naturally get it while completing the other achievements of the game.

As you defeat enemies, you will earn this game's version of experience called Genuine Qi. You can also redeem different types of collectibles for more Qi. Using Qi, you will upgrade five different attributes (virtues) on your character: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. The total number of upgrades you have is your total character level, so upgrade any combination of the five virtues a total of 80 times to unlock this achievement. You can grind Qi by replaying any level, with the final levels having the most return for your time.
Note: You can respec your character at any time, and for free, from one of the NPCs at Mt. Tianzhushan, so don't worry too much about what virtue you're increasing early on. You'll be able to try out different builds and weapons throughout the game.
