Like with the base game and previous DLC, Battle Flags are generally right on your path and pretty tough to miss. However, I found Battle Flags in the first main battlefields not so obvious. Here is a quick video showing all flags in that mission. Full credit to the creator of the video.
All other missions are linear, with obvious Battle Flags along the way. Note that, like with the previous DLC, you will need to load into all of the duel missions to get credit for those Battle Flags, even if you don't beat them.
