In the first DLC mission "Desolate Waterside Village" you will start the level near an area with lots of water. Some of the water is purple and has a shrimp blowing bubbles in it. Kill all of them for the achievement. The last one is at the top of this starting area where the alligator enemy pops out at you. Go back and look for any purple water to see if you missed one. They are all pretty obvious though.

This achievement takes place in the first main battlefield, Desolate Waterside Village.
In this mission, there are various pools of water you'll see all over, and some are purple because they're polluted by so-called Shrimp Soldiers. These enemies don't attack, and die in one hit. They're incredibly hard to miss since they're standing right there at the edge of each body of purple water, and they only exist in the first half of the mission (the large open area you start in). Simply head to each purple pool and kill the Shrimp Soldier near it. The water will turn back to blue when they're dead, and the achievement will unlock as soon as you kill the last one.
