This will unlock upon completing the second main battlefield of this DLC, Calamities in the Cinnabar Caves.
This mission is a little less straightforward than others, at first glance. It's a vertical mission, and the goal here is to get to the bottom, head to the large blue area (with the warlock and huge enemies), then head through the blue area into the little prison area to find the boss fight. Due to the nature of this mission's layout, it's a little easier to miss a Battle Flag on the way down, but don't worry - there are paths to get all the way back up if need be, even if it doesn't seem like it at first.
The boss fight here is a piece of cake since it's just against a normal human enemy. No corruption and no special phases or attacks at the midway point. Just stun lock him with attacks and be ready to deflect any red ones, and he should go down quick.
