This achievement unlocks upon beating the boss at the end of the second main battlefield, Sons of the Yellow Heaven.
The Battle Flags are again right in your path, but only three Marking Flags in this mission. The second is at Battle Flag 4, up on the rooftop next to you, accessed by going between the two buildings and climbing on the roof. The third is right after beating the worm miniboss, up on the ledge where the fight took place.
There is also a Shitieshou in this battlefield. Right by the shrine where the warlock is, near the beginning of the mission, climb up onto the roof next to the shrine and drop into the hole in the roof to find this one.
