You have 2 new allies in Battle of Zhongyuan DLC, Dian Wei and Xu Chu. You have to reach Sworn Brother (Oath Level 10) with both of them. Their levels increase while they are fighting alongside you. They can be summoned by using the Battle Flag and selecting Reinforcements.
If you have any Cups of Cordiality they'll give 1 level per cup to an ally. I found 7 while completing the DLC but your mileage may vary.

There are two new allies in this DLC: Dian Wei and Xu Chu. For this achievement, you need to get them both to level 10 in the Reinforcements menu.
If you make it a point to take them with you on every mission that the game lets you, you should have Xu Chu up pretty high (level 8 maybe) but Dian Wei only halfway or so. To finish them off, you can either grind it by replaying areas, killing enemies, and resetting them by resting at a Battle Flag, or using Cups of Cordiality. If you're doing the former method, consider grinding out cestus kills with both allies as your Reinforcements to boost their levels more. Just know that the weaker the enemies are, the slower your allies will grow in level. If you'd rather just use Cups of Cordiality, you can finish off this achievement in seconds if you have enough Cups. If you need more, there is a guaranteed one at the end of the sub mission 'The Uninhibited Heart,' right before the end of the mission. You can grind them out here if you need more. This would do double duty, killing enemies to level your allies, and getting another Cup to boost their level.
