Gan Ning is the boss of the first main battlefield in this DLC. He is a fire-based enemy, so you'll ideally want to use water/ice on him. He's pretty fast, but I found him pretty easy to gang up on with Reinforcements. As soon as his attention is diverted to one of your allies, wail away on him.
