How to unlock the Paragon of Brute Strength achievement in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Definitive Guide
Edited now that i'm out of work:
Outside of the usual cast of enemies you fight in Wo Long we have a new minion type enemy and a new boss. The new minion is a regular swordsman with a shield that blocks all frontal damage and attacks with said shield. The attacks do decent damage with the shield however it can be broken and makes the enemy a pretty basic swordsman. Not sure if this is due to poise damage or repeated attacks.
The Boss, Xu Chu, wields a unique war hammer which can use the top of the hammer like a whip or yo-yo, as well as a couple Earth spells.
The red-charged attacks always seem to be vertical slams and three at a time. Overall the boss hits like a truck. I was level 125 and three hits would almost bring me from full health to null health. His weakness seems to be that his ranged side swings don't cover his back, so you can dodge around to there for a punish.
This part isn't so much a guide but a note: at the time I got this achievement (11:29 EST) my xbox did not show any additional achievements as part of the DLC, so just in case your list still shows a max of 51 achievements in the game, they are active and can be unlocked, but they aren't currently showing up in the list on Xbox. TA seems to track it fine, and the Xbox shows that I unlocked it in Notifications. Just in case your Xbox isn't showing things correct.

Story-related; cannot be missed.
This achievement unlocks upon beating the boss of the first main battlefield, A Solitary Resistance.
Battle Flags are very obvious, but the Marking Flags are a little hidden. This battlefield is basically just one open area. Of the five Battle Flags, three are up on the rooftops: two are on the left side and one is on the right side, right next to the shortcut ladder you can kick down. The other two Marking Flags are inside buildings: one on the right before you go through the fence into the city area, and the second is in another building off to the right behind a door you need to interact with to open.
There is also a Shitieshou in this battlefield. It's up on the backmost left rooftop, that you can jump to.
