How to unlock the The Dark Clouds Part achievement in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Definitive Guide
Note: May be bugged on Crouching Dragon so if you haven't unlocked it and the fires of each dragon head are gone, you have to do it on NG+
Copied and Pasted from Powerpyx are the five crystals.
Main Battlefield: The Rampant Demon Emperor
Here are the locations of all resonating crystals:
Crystal #1: As soon as you enter the temple, follow the path on the left to the very end.
Crystal #2: Return to the main hall and get upstairs and head on your immediate left. Open the gate, go past the slowing mud and you’ll find this crystal on your right.
Crystal #3: Turn over, but don’t return to the muddy water section. Instead, go past it and drop down the ladder you see near a fire purple lantern for a brief Shitieshou detour. Then, go back the ladder and continue up the stairs on your left and into the next room with a bunch of demons.
Crystal #4: You’ll soon reach a big staircase leading towards the boss area. When you do, kick the ladder that leads down to a Battle Flag you will have raised before and drop down. Face the Battle Flag and the ladder and go behind them. Follow the path until you reach an area on fire. In one of the side rooms on the ground floor of the area is this crystal.
Crystal #5: Continue past the room on fire and upstairs into a garden where you can find the last crystal.
In case if you're not sure what you are missing. When you first enter the temple, on the ceiling are five dragon heads and if any of them still have fire in their mouths, that is the one you are missing.

This achievement takes place in the third main battlefield, The Rampant Demon Emperor.
I honestly didn't realize it was possible to complete this mission without destroying all five crystals, but apparently the boss gets buffed by them. So, whichever you don't destroy will mean the boss has an additional buff when you fight him. He's hard enough without any buffs, so you'll absolutely want to destroy all crystals before fighting him.
There are five crystals in the stage, each corresponding to the five elements in the game. The boss fight is up the long staircase at the top, and there are two doors you need to open to start the boss fight, just to ensure you don't accidentally start it without destroying the crystals. I'm not sure how much of a guide is needed here as to the locations of the crystals, because there are basically five branching paths around the central starting room, and you just need to follow them all to get to each crystal. Defeat the enemies guarding the crystal, then destroy it. Despite seeming somewhat mazelike at first glance, the level is actually relatively linear in terms of finding the crystals. There are just a lot of interlocking sections with one-way doors you can open.

I highly recommend that you take care of getting this trophy before killing the boss in this chapter. Otherwise, there is a risk that you will go to NG+ just for this trophy.
