Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

"Bring 'em on!" is one of the easier if not the easiest difficulty you can play on while still being able to unlock achievements. I'd acquaint this with being the game's slightly easier than normal difficulty. This difficulty is great for doing speed runs, gathering collectibles, or if you're playing just for the story.

I'd recommended always playing on the harder of the two difficulties just so if you're specifically playing for achievements and completion you can unlock all of the difficulty based ones upon the completion of the game.
