"Touchdown" is earned upon the completion of the third volume of the "Gunslinger Joe" Freedom Chronicle DLC. You should be playing these DLCs start to finish on Mein Leben or at least one of the harder difficulties (so you can train for Mein Leben) to knock out the "All-Pro Warrior" achievement.
