How to unlock the Liberation achievement in Wolfenstein: The New Order - Definitive Guide

You will get this after either watching the credits or skipping them. I choose to skip them and it popped at the title screen. Credit to PhantomSiren, who has the solution for uber, currently if you play this chapter on Uber you can get all the difficulty achievements or if you crack enigma 1 you can do Uber in 999 mode(infinite guns, 999 health).

Redid tips after doing it on Uber:
Before going down into the hole grab any grenades extra ammo, health and armor you can.

If you reload from checkpoint it seems to magically lose rocket ammo, I had full rocket ammo, then upon reload only 8.

What I did was lob grenades to stun him and blast with dual lasers.

Then run to the back of the area, use a full LFK blast to stun him then blast, then blast some rockets.

Repeat the stun and rockets. If you hit with about 12 rockets plus the grenades and the other weapons he should go down.

I made this much harder than it had to be(thanks qG Lecca), it seems like three stuns plus a lot of damage during does the trick.

Use your dual rocket launchers, and dual marksman with the laser upgrade. + the normal laser and grenade, did it first time on Uber difficulty with no trouble whatsoever.

Can you switch the difficulty to Uber and still get the achievement?

Nope, I've tried pretty much everything - Hard reset, replayed the final mission on multiple difficulties - nothing. I've unistalled and reinstalled, disconnected the internet - to no avail. I don't really want to play it through from the beginning again or even do it on uber incase it just doesn't pop again. I've email bethesda, Xbox support and not got anywhere.

Same here. Beat on Uber the whole way, nothing. It's not even recognizing I beat the game. Same shizz happened on Watch Dogs towards the end. Any ideas!??

I just beat it now and the final 2 story achievements did not unlock, and I definitely watched the entire credits sequence. Ugh... I'm not playing it again. I need to get this back to Gamefly.

I just keep dying from the fire. Seems like the fire isn't even due to him, it feels scripting. I'll be wailing on him and then back up into a fire and burn to death. I'm sick of it.

Finished the entire game on Uber, not a single one of the difficulty achievements popped so im sat here wondering if I have to go back and replay the other timeline

I did, I skipped it, then when it didn't pop I went back, completed the final boss again and watched the credits. Still nothing. The TA site green bar for completion for this is full for me, I've got all the collectables and can replay any mission but no cheev. It was done late last night so I turned my xbone off and I'm hoping rebooting in a bit and reloading the game will help.
