How to unlock the Sentinel achievement in Wolfenstein: The New Order - Definitive Guide
You can do this with your own grenades. I turned the difficulty down all the way, grabbed extra health and armor, then would throw a grenade at my feet when near an enemy. Then pick it up and point in the direction of the enemy.
This can be done pretty much anywhere. I did on chapter 6, as there is a lot of health, armor and grenade pickups, and lots of enemies not far in to the level. Its also where I was in the game when I worked my way to this perk. Just reload checkpoint when you are out of grenades or if you die, just keep doing it until you get 5.
Run to the group of guys to the right of the car but stop short in front of the grey/white stumpy pillar and throw the grenade stick at it. I should bounce back for you to pick it up quick enough to throw into the men and take out at least two of them. You can ignore the guy to the left of the car for the purpose of this achievement.
Reload the checkpoint one or two times more and do exactly the same thing and the achievement will unlock.
Collect nades on the table outside the door to the left
run at the guys by car nade a wall or the car in front of you and tap X to throw it at nearest man , I got it in 3 goes last was 3 guys in one they stayed together
Restart last checkpoint or die

After doing so, the car will move towards a shut gate and Anya's father will ask you to open it by clearing enemies inside of the gatehouse. When the gatehouse opens, the three-four enemies inside always include a single one that throws a grenade for some reason. Just wait for the enemy to throw his grenade, toss it back, and reload the checkpoint until you have the perk. This should only take a few minutes once you have a decent rhythm.
I got this trophy early in Chapter 13, after retrieving the luggage, cutting a hole into the control room, and pushing the button. There are three enemies in the main room. Take out the big one first, but leave the two normal ones alive. Now, move towards the door leading out to the big area. The two enemies will take cover behind things out in the main area. Just stand back from the door, and maybe over near the door to the control room, peeking or stepping out into view periodically. You'll hear one say "grenade" in German. When this happens, move back from the door but stand centered, so that as soon as the grenade is thrown, you can "catch" and throw it back with the [_] (square) button. Once you've killed one or both enemies, simply restart the checkpoint and repeat until you get five throw-back grenade kills.
Demolition perk 7 is Sentinel and is unlocked by getting 5 kills with thrown back grenades.
A great place to farm this trophy/perk is the same place as the alternate method location for Demolition perk 6 (see Vaporize). Except this time you will have to wait for the enemy to throw the grenade. When you see an enemy about to throw a grenade back up from the door and get into position, when he does throw it press very quickly to throw it back. Make sure you are aiming high enough to throw the grenade far enough to kill them. Since there are multiple enemies close together in this room, you should easily get 3 or 4 kills in one try. Restart the checkpoint to farm more of these kills if needed. Refer to the following video if you need a visual aid:

I just wanted to post a ridiculously easy way to get the Sentinel perk and, of course, the trophy.
Instead of waiting for enemies to toss grenades at you and hope you can find and throw back them and kill them, put the game on the easiest difficulty and go to any chapter with access to grenades and easy enemies. Chapter 1 works fine.
Now throw your own grenade into the ground right at your feet, the pick it back up with square and throw it at the enemies. Yes, these kills count even though you are the one throwing the grenades and picking up your own instead of the enemy.
On easy this basically means you can walk up to a group, throw your grenade at your feet, pick it up, and toss it straight back to the ground and get the five kills. You most likely won't even die, I didn't. That is how I unlocked the perk and it took less then 2 minutes.

The easiest difficulty of the game.
If the game has already been completed, then select chapter 3 to replay. After clearing the first checkpoint, immediately after the granny takes out the fascist in the door frame with a doublet, we go into this very door, behind it 4-5 fascists will be crawling around in a small room at once.
We stand stupidly in the doorframe until the moment one of them yells something like: “Alarm, grenade!” As soon as a grenade flies in our direction, we catch it using the square on the joystick, it will be thrown back at the fascist automatically. In this case, you can kill four people at once with one grenade. 100% verified.
You can wait until this achievement is saved and replay the last checkpoint (see above - granny and doublet) - the trophy, accordingly, will appear a second time.
After one of the checkpoints, open the iron door with a yellow valve. Immediately on the right around the bend there will be one Fritz. Behind it there will be a rest room with a bunch of soldiers. While the others are shooting, one of them will throw a grenade.
