As there are a number of other perks linked to silent kills, the 50 soldier tally shouldn't be too bad. The problem I had was finding the dogs!!
The best place I found was level 4 (the prison), when you infiltrate the police building. At the start, after getting the laser cutting gun you have to jump onto the roof the other side and open a window. There will be a guard walking away from you so quickly knife him. The crouch and walk forward and into the room. Another guard will walk round but won't see you, so creep up and knife him. Don't worry about the other guard, instead go straight forward into the room across - this has a dog asleep so knife away.
If you then select restart checkpoint, you will start just before the window opening bit, but keep you 2 soldier stealth kills and your dog kill.

This will pop 32 out of 50 achievements, for 400G.
With these you should be able to breeze through the story with ease!

Stealth perk 8 is Assassin and it is unlocked by performing 50 stealth kills either by melee or with a ranged weapon on enemy soldiers and by performing five stealth kills either by melee or with a ranged weapon on 5 Kampfhunds (armored dogs).
The 50 soldiers should not be a problem and you should get these by natural progression. A good spot to farm the Kampfhunds is during the Deathshead section of Chapter 1. After scaling the wall and pulling the lever you will drop down into a stealth area, here you can stealth kill a sleeping armored dog with your silenced pistol because it will walk to the right and lay down.

However getting 5 stealth kills on the smaller dogs is harder, and you won't have many opportunities early in the game. To finish this perk quickly, farm these kills in Chapter 1. Once you find the 1946 handgun silencer, silently headhsot these dogs as you find them in the chapter. A good spot is the patrolling dog that sits down in front of the commanders room later in the chapter, or after you go up the circular stone staircase before you reach the room with the large painting and suits of armor. Either way, I recommend farming all 5 of these silent kills in Chapter 1, as it'll be a while before you find these dogs again, and opportunities to stealth kill them aren't numerous.

In order to unlock this perk, you must perform the following requirements at anytime during the Campaign:
- Perform a stealth kill, either by melee or with a ranged weapon, on 50 enemy soldiers
- Perform a stealth kill, either by melee or with a ranged weapon, on 5 Kampfhunds
TIP: This will more than likely come naturally as you progress through the game. Be aware that the Kampfhunds are the guards dogs. During Chapter 4, you can knock out some stealth kills by sneaking up behind them while they are sleeping. As for the soldiers, stealth killing 50 shouldn't be too hard.

There are a total of 4 lines of perks in the game, and there is no particular difficulty in obtaining them.

The most convenient and first place for farming is Chapter 1, after you open the castle gates for your allies. There will be a dog and +4 people there.
