I think it may have glitched on you, because the green bar is filled on your achievement page but it hasn't unlocked .

I have the same issue, I'm at 980 GS with only this achievement to get.
I've completed the mission a few times on both timelines, with no success. Any ideas on how to make this properly unlock?

Only thing I can think of is deleting your save file and doing it all over. But there's no guarantee that it will work

Same here and I face the same with multiple achievements in the game...
Will finish all the rest before trying to restart all the game

Unlocked at the end of chapter 11, and is unmissable. Here is a video from powerpyx of the level's collectibles!

Story related, cannot be missed.

During Chapter 11, U-Boat, you will eventually come to an underwater cavern with Set Roth and Wyatt/Fergus. After using your LKW to open up the the staircase and using the elevator, you will ascend to a very small, circular treasure room. As soon as the elevator stops, the achievement will unlock. Remember that solving the puzzle in this room grants you the new Portable Reactor upgrade for the LKW!
