I did this in the first level during the castle sequence. I went in guns blazing until the two Commanders retreated into a small room with a table in the middle. They bunched together in the corner so they didn't have much room to escape, also note that if you throw a grenade onto an enemy he'll get slightly stunned.

The first demolition perk is Throwback. This perk unlocks the ability to throw back enemy grenades.
In order to unlock this perk, you must perform the following requirement at anytime during the Campaign:
- Kill 2 enemies with one grenade
TIP: This can be done very early on in the game once you have a few grenades on hand. In fact, Chapter 1 is pretty ideal for this because the enemies will usually be grouped together in the tight passageways of the trenches. Just toss a grenade towards them if they're grouped together and you should get this done without any issues.

Demolition perk 1 is Throwback and is unlocked by killing 2 enemies with a single grenade.
This can easily be unlocked nearly everywhere as you progress though the game. Your first chance will be early in the first Chapter as you navigate the trenches, press 
to throw grenades.
