Level 1
after the airplane crash when your objective is to find a way into the bunker. make sure the enemies see you before you start shooting so they can call for backup.
Level 13
make your way through a few rooms until you get to the one shaped like a circle.

Thanks to SneakyStabbalot for the Tip:
Since the circle room can be a little tricky and may need a couple of tries, make sure to bring the turret with you for the following room wich has enemies in a more confined space. you can recharge the gun if you mount it again.

FWIW, I got this in lvl 13 too, but differently. I cleared out the circular area, them I repowered the gun, and entered the next hallway (you way you have to go), you'll see a guard to your right, ignore him for a moment, on the left is a room with a sleeping commander; shoot him, run out, shoot the guard, run forward and kill the huge dude, then turn left, there's more than enough guards to take out :) the nice thing is it's all confined, there aren't enemies everywhere.

I know I'm late, but my two cents. SneakyStabbalot's method wouldn't work for me because it would take too long to kill the big guy on normal difficulty.

What I did was: stealth kill the first commander. Cut the vent gate and make it to the third bedroom. Kill the big guy with the LKW and let alarms blaze. Then all the bad guys will congregate outside the room shooting and throwing grenades. Make your way back to the first bedroom with your turret, and go down the hallway to shoot them from behind.

This way, they were really close together and unaware.

Ch.6 London Nautica is quite quick and easy, if it's unlocked (I don't think he says, "twit", BTW). After you've dropped into the building from the bomb blast site you can rush up the stairs on the right, then run left to the opening shutter, which has the turret gun for you to dismount. If you fail the restart point is good, and there's no danger of over-writing it.
Also, after this, and when you enter the next room, the Marksman Magazine + achi is easy to get - just use it as a sniper rifle and stay aiming through the scope for 3 kills.

Chapter 12 - Gibraltar Bridge

"Can I play, daddy?" difficulty.

5 kills within 10 seconds using a detached turret gun.

This is early on in the chapter. Keep going until you get to a train that will have enemies that start shooting at you before you even look out the train car.

There will be a robot that has a turret (the one I am using) and a few enemies in a train car. Also, there will be a turret that activates if you go on top of the train car. This is the first fight you get into after Blazkowicz makes the comment about a space scientist. Kill the robot (I used rockets from Assault Rifle attachment), and then just follow the video.

The enemies he mentions are the ones I fight in the video. At 2:57 in his video, him and I are at the same place in our videos.

I have the video below to show you how I did it. Doesn't even take any effort.

Chapter 1

Just before you get to the C4, there is a turret near a commander and guards. Kill the commander and the guards without detaching the turret.

After using the C4 to blast the door down, detach the turret, start to walk forward and you should be warned of another commander transmitting. Let him see you and call reinforcements.

I waited a second or two to let the soldiers pour into the room from the stairs above. I then started firing the turret, taking out 5 enemies in under 10 seconds.

I only had one enemy come up behind me

I did this after beating the game and I did it on the easiest difficulty.

Another easy place to get this early on is in Chapter 01 Deathshead's Compound, when you come to the area once you're inside the castle, and first meet up with Fergus and the others, where there are two mounted guns, and pockets of enemies in the numerous archways opposite.

It took a few reloads of the checkpoint, which places you right back on the gun, but it meant that I was able to cross that particular perk off nice and early!

According to the game, you have to "kill 5 enemies in 10 seconds using a detached turret", which you'd think would make this a bit of a pain to get, right? But you don't have to use a turret!

You can use the Super-soldaten's chain gun instead - they're basically detached turrets, so the Perk / achievement will pop if you use it.

Assault perk 5 is Endurance II and is unlocked by killing 5 enemies within 10 seconds using a detached turret gun.

A quick and early place to unlock this perk/trophy is while you are clearing out the Deathshead courtyard in Chapter 1. Grab and detach the turret from the left and walk right as far as possible before being stopped by some rubble. Now look down and kill the three enemies in the open then immediately look up two stories and kill the two center enemies who are not behind cover. If you don't kill them fast enough simply restart the checkpoint. Refer to the following video if you need visual help:

Another good spot for this is in Chapter 3. In the beginning of the mission, after torturing the Nazi officer, you will be in an area that has a mounted turret on a bridge. Get the turret and wait until there are enough enemies then kill 5 of them within 10 seconds.

It’s easy to do in the first chapter, when you need to blow up a large iron gate, we tear off the machine gun, go inside, and then work on the technical stuff!

PS First, blow up the door, then take the machine gun. With a machine gun in your hands, you will not have time to run away from the explosion and you will die, and the machine gun will disappear

When you arrive on the Moon and enter the huge round one, quietly kill the first guard (at the same time you can get the Vampire trophy here) and run to the turret. Grab it and go back a little. A whole bunch of guards will come running, whom you can easily crush and get a prize.

Performed with any turret when shooting from the hands, including one that has flown out from the enemy. Verified. I did it myself in the level with the bridge collapse in the place where there is an ambush in a double-decker carriage and a robot below. We demolish the robot with a laser, grab its turret and enter the carriage through the door on the right... There, depending on your luck, the enemies sometimes sit on the second floor, sometimes some on the first.
I also made a perk there with two rocket launchers.
