How to unlock the Freedom achievement in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood - Definitive Guide

This is a story related achievement, after making your way through Castle Wolfenstein, you will be required to escape. To do this you must pull a lever to activate a ski lift-esc cart to ride down and out of the castle. As soon as you exit the castle the achievement should unlock.

im on chapter 4 and the achievement doesn't pop up.
is it related with the game difficult?

It's not difficulty related and can be achieved on whichever difficulty, it should unlock as you exit the castle on the tram

Must be Glitched. I escaped the castle twice now and the achievement hasn't unlocked cry

Edit: It finally unlocked, but only once I completed Exit the Caves in the level, which is later than the ski lift part of the level.

Unlocks much later, unlocks after cut scenes in the caves under the tavern

This and this health upgrade I achievement are glitched for me... Beat this level twice then started a new save and beat the level again, still nothing 😞

This achievement will unlock during Chapter 4, Escape!, specifically after taking a long elevator ride out of the caves and finally reaching the bottom of the bridge that connects the village town to Castle Wolfenstein.
