Wolfenstein: The Old Blood

If you're super conservative with your ammo, you can kill every enemy from the tower and get the gold on IADI difficulty.

One sniper shot to the light on the first mech to stun him. Rush him holding your snotty. Remove his armor with the melee. Pump full shotgun into his chest. Up the ladder. One more sniper shot in his chest takes him down.

RPG to the body of mech #2 followed by 5-8 sniper shots to the face. Then try your darnedest to put one snipe or 2-5 assault rifle bullets in each head. If you're accurate enough, they will all be dead when you descend the tower sitting on about 17000 pts.

Finish it off with a final headshot to the last commander.

If you smash the crates in the starting area there are 3 Kampfpistole bullets , which greatly helps to take out the super soldiers

I ran straight to the tower after grabbing the kampfpistole ammo, used it on both of the super soldier. Use the bombenschuss to finish them off and then just headshot everyone, combo where you can but keep an eye on health and armor.

It's weird but in subsequent playthroughs of Wulfburg Square, stealthily taking out the ground level commander resulted in not enough enemies to get a high score. The first few times I played it, the upper level commander called in plenty of enemies for me to easily make gold but in later attempts I capped out around 11,000 points while he was still alive and shooting his pistol at me. I even went to his walkway and ran up to him but no more enemies appeared. I do recommend stealthily (thrown knife or silenced pistol) taking out the lone soldier patrolling by the truck in the lower area before the firefight begins.

Ok so this method works,it's just a bit hit & miss.It depends on a couple of enemy spawns,2 or 3 can end up behind you in the truck lobbing grenades,it took 4 tries this way for me until it went as shown in the vid & on that go i left the 1st commander alive too.I also bailed out of the truck a bit earlier too.

This method doesn't work for me. I've attempted it 7 times and I keep getting killed by a grenade. The first solution (by Mr BlackMagik) worked on my first attempt. Got a score of 19200. I pistol'd the soldier on the right where the truck is, made my way in the tower, started putting shots onto the supersoldat(s) and occasionally jumped on the "windows" of the tower for more cover or to get an angle to shoot the soldiers until everyone is dead, saving the officers for last. Nobody spams dumb grenades at you up there.

Worked fine for me. I stealthed killed the RH soldier and the first officer. Hardest part was getting into the truck. Everything else just melted with the emplaced MG.
I played on Death Incarnate, and got 19k. Thanks for all the help

Thanks for this method. It took me at least 10 tries because the enemies were granade happy the whole time. The last time it was just like the video, except that I ended up with EXACTLY the number of points needed. Good thing I nailed the last headshot!!!

Worked great the third try!

I had the same issue with grenades as others initially. What worked for me was getting on the turret and proceeding as normal until I saw the grenade indicator pop up. Then, once the closest supersoldat was stunned, exited the turret, headshot the one enemy lobbing grenades behind me, and re-entered the turret.

This method doesn't work, I'm totally OBLITERATED by grenades coming from behind every time.

I was also getting hit with grenades a lot. The attempt that worked I didn't stealth kill the first commander, managed to kill all but the commanders and one enemy who started throwing grenades only at the end. Not sure if it was luck that one time, or if leaving both commanders until the end helped.

This is the method to use... but yes, there are things you need to do to get it to work.

i actually tried this through normal trial-and-error before watching videos. i must have tried at least 20 times. when i saw this solution, i was like, "hey, i tried being in the truck and it didn't work." (i had also tried several times to TAKE the gun with me and use that... FAIL.) but i noticed the key components that were not in ply during my initial run, and after watching this video I got it on my next attempt.

i think what makes this successful is a few things... 1), death incarnate. not uber (for me at least). 2) take out the guy on the right near the non-gun truck, take out the ground floor commander, and take out the guy on the ledge directly across from the gun-truck by doing this you are clearing all visible 'regular enemies. the video does not do this, but i found it helped. 3) once you are on the gun, wait until the super soldat is at his stopping place (where he is in the video), then open fire, triggering the alarm and the enemies to spawn...

the first time i tried shooting from the truck, i hopped in after enemies were called in and all around me. it was like i hung a sign above saying "toss grenades here". i took out the super soldats but the swarm of enemies on all sides grenaded my ass back to WWI.

but THIS time i was in the truck, and then opened fire, to trigger the alarm and the reinforcements and - just like in the video - they ALL spawned directly in front of me. you simply have to aim at them and rack up the bonuses and in many cases headshots! Of course, concentrate on the supers first, but get the guys on the ledge before they jump down and start hitting you from the ground with grenades. i couldn't believe that ALL the enemies spawned right in front of me... or slightly to the right, but attacking from the front - not the rear. if you follow the video exactly and the 3 tips above, it SHOULD work. you will end up with 16,700 pts (or around there) and then when you kill the commander (headshot him with your pistol) you will cross the gold mark. good luck!
