During the Brother 2 quest, very near the end, Abby will request you get 2 keys to provide her access to Nazi computers. You will be on the roof of the building, and a mech will rise out of the center. You must kill this mech to get the achievement. It is possible to complete the mission without killing the mech. The mech is weak to heavy weapons that are at 3 o'clock on the weapon wheel.
If you missed the achievement, talk to Abby in the catacombs to replay the mission. You can play it on easy.

This is story related and cannot be missed. Brother 2 is accessed through Detention Area 4. When you reach the area, work your way through the three areas of the garage and into the tower lobby.
Note: Follow the orange waypoints through the garage to reach the Dieselkraftwerk weapon in the third area.
Once you reach the lounge area, you will need to find an access code to progress further. Open the access code door and climb the scaffolding (you will need some well-timed jumps as you go higher). Once you reach the rooftop via the elevator, you need to obtain two keys to unlock the computer so Abby can hack into it (sound familiar?). As you approach the computer, the Brother 2 guardian will appear. Light-armored weapons work best at defeating this boss. Once you have, the achievement will unlock, but continue on to complete the mission.
