How to unlock the Intruder achievement in Wolfenstein: Youngblood - Definitive Guide
There are many code locks throughout the world (yellow keypads for doors). You should get this pretty quick if playing the main story.

This is cumulative and will unlock naturally while you are playing the game as there are more than 10 code locks throughout the campaign. Codes are used on locked doors, red supply crates and drone towers.
To use a code, you first must learn what the code is. Codes are found on floppy disks, one of the collectibles in the game. Once you find the disk, you need a terminal to read it. Both disks and terminals are usually located in the vicinity to where the code is to be used (you will never find a code for Brother 2 in Riverside, for example). Once it’s decoded, you can then unlock the corresponding code lock.
This is not tracked separately in the ‘Statistics’ menu.
