How to unlock the More human than human achievement in Wolfenstein: Youngblood - Definitive Guide
There are 3 ability types, Mind, Muscle & Power.
You can only unlock character ability points by leveling up, and you only get 1 Ability Point per level up.
In total, you are going to need to reach Level 80 to be able to max out all the abilities for the achievement to unlock.
If you want to get this fast, there is going to be some XP grinding involved, even after you have completed all the campaign and side missions. I was only circa level 50 after completing them.
As of writing this, people are saying that the best method is to replay the 1st mission over & over again, because it is short and has a decent XP reward. I have created a video showing a 100% stealth run which will give you 3 x No Alarm XP Bonuses!
No Alarm Bonus 1:- After you unlock the coded door.
No Alarm Bonus 2:- After you lift up the heavy yellow door.
No Alarm Bonus 3:- After you flip the switch and pass through the high security door.
If you do this on 'Challenging' it will grant you a healthy amount of XP & Silver Coins at the end of the mission. The enemy AI is fairly predictable, but it can sometimes change. As for your AI sister, she can be annoyingly slow at keeping up and will occasionally set off the alarm.
You don't have to copy my exact run, but just make sure you stay hidden while letting your invisibility recharge.

You can also unlock this achievement by a lower level.
If you completed all the missions and you then join a friend who can still complete side missions you can unlock ability tokens via his playthrough.

Just FYI - with the new update, if you haven't earned this achievement yet, then you have to earn all the new skills too. That said, each piece of treasure you find gives you a skill point.

On the 12th of November 2019, a side quest was added to the game called "Treasure Hunt".
This side quest unlocks once you kill Lothar and acquire the God Key. You can unlock the treasure hunt side quest through the character "Floor" (if I'm not mistaken). In order to do these side quests, you must've purchased the "God Vision" on the skill tree. You will gain an extra power called "God Sense" upon activating the side quest, which will allow you to see the hidden treasures.
Once you unlock this side quest, a further 20 quests should appear. Each quest tells you the location of the treasure, as well as a map showing you the location of the treasures. You must travel to these places and use the newly acquired "God Sense" to see the treasures and collect them. There are 20 total treasures, meaning you will get 20 Ability Points.
If you still have more abilities to collect after this, you can queue for matchmaking and help lower levelled people to complete their main missions. Or, you can get a friend and help do their quests.

Do I have to do this before a certain mission, like a point of no return?

No this is just a side quest after the end of the game that allows you to collect a bunch of ability points.

Find below a method that nobody is talking which will give you the opportunity to get 10 free ability coin.
This method is using the tresor hunt. You'll need to be 2 peoples to do it.
1 - Get the first treasure hunt and finish it with your mate;
2 - your mate can do the hunts number 1 to 10 in solo mode, and you can do the hunts number 11-20 in solo mode.
3 - invite each others in your game, when your mate will come in your game, you'll be able to do the treasure hunt number 1 to 10. After it, go in his game, you'll be able to finish the treasure hunt number 11 to 20 which will give you 10 free coins.
Should save you a couple of hours of farming.

This achievement is for the abilities found in mind, muscle, and power. This will also include the God Key abilities that are unlocked late into the story. Many people are stuck on the "what level would I need to get to in order to unlock all of the abilities" argument. While it is helpful to have a general idea (level 80+) that number is quite flexible.
By turning in missions on other people's worlds you will end up getting ability points that your solo grind does not account for. It's for this reason that I ended up unlocking this quite a bit earlier than initially planned. Quick joining random people's worlds also gives you an opportunity to kill low leveled enemies for weapon ranks.
Lastly, at the very end of the game is a Treasure Hunt side quest that will award you with one ability point per treasure found. This is a great way to grab some easy points in the post-game portion.

Each time you level up or complete a side mission you earn one ability point. The points are then used to purchase abilities, making your character stronger and a more versatile killing machine. There are 55 abilities in total.
There are three trees: Mind, Muscle and Power. Each tree specializes in a certain aspect of your character; Mind focuses mainly on your health and movement, Muscle concentrates on your armor and strength, and Power centers on your special abilities, like Cloak, Crush and God Mode.
New abilities become available as you level up, with the last tier unlocking at Level 45. In order to purchase higher tiered abilities, you must first purchase the lower tiered ones in the same row. To obtain all abilities, you need 139 points. To earn that many points, the minimum level you need to be is 91, and that is only if you complete all 48 side missions (including Treasure Maps, refer to Partisan (15G)). For every side mission that is not complete, that’s one more level you need to level up.
The Wolfenstein wiki has a full listing of all abilities in the game and the cost for each. You can view that list HERE.
Note: For the first two abilities in the Power tree, ‘Cloak’ and ‘Crush’, it does not cost anything depending on which character you chose to play as (but you would have to purchase the base ability for the other character, though). The third ability in the Power tree, ‘Bullet God’, is automatically given to you upon completing the ‘Da’at Yichud Artifacts’ side mission.

To farm upgrade points more easily, you can simply go into a quick game, and if a random player has not completed missions with an upgrade point as a reward, then we go through them, if necessary, we report back, exit, and repeat this several times.

as of 04/11/20 version 1.08, new abilities have been added to the game that also need to be downloaded, level 45 column. If you have a disk version: delete the game - turn off the Internet from the console - reinstall the game (saves from 1.08 are suitable for 1.0) - pump in the last skill from the level 30 column - we get a trophy.
PS As they write on other sites, if you have already leveled up all the abilities from the level 30 column, this method will not help, they will not give you a trophy.

Don’t forget to complete all additional stages and collect 20 treasures, for each found one - 1 leveling point.
