Can be done online or with the AI. Every time you or your sister gets shot down, revive her or let her revive you. Can be boostet by letting an enemy shoot you down close to your sister but this achievement will come naturally during gameplay.

This will most likely come with natural gameplay, even on the lower difficulties. It can be easily boosted by putting yourself in a position to be downed and having your sister continuously revive you. Pressing E when looking at your downed partner will revive them.

If your partner (A.I. or human) has been downed, stand next to them and hold 
to revive them. Likewise, if you’ve been downed, keep pressing 
to call for help and your A.I. partner will revive you (provided they are close by). If playing with a human partner, communicate with them that you have been downed. After a combination of 25 revives, this will unlock.
Note: For 3000 coins, you can purchase the ‘Get Up’ pep which will allow you to revive your teammate from a distance.
This is not tracked separately in the ‘Statistics’ menu.
