This is cumulative and will unlock naturally while you are playing the game as there are more than 500 enemies throughout the campaign. This is a combination of all enemy types in the game.
To see how many enemies you have killed, press
and click on ‘Statistics’. Your total number of kills will be shown in the ‘General’ section.
