Story related. Finish the first mission and kill Winkler at the end in a boss fight. It's tough because he can cloak himself and takes quite a couple of hits.

In the lead up to the boss fight, I would highly recommend being stealthy through the final sector. I died several times even on casual. Is it just me or is the respawn system bugged? Every time you die, you respawn with less and less ammo. Instead of having the amount of ammo which you initially hit the last checkpoint with. This can't be right?! It wasn't like this is in previous titles. I died 3 times and ended up having absolutely no ammo as a result...

Winkler is the boss fight at the end of the intro. One key thing I learned was to always keep away from your sister or you risk both of you bleeding out from his laser beams, which will cost you a life. Also, don't camp in the room where you start - it's narrow and makes it easy to get caught by the beams. Stay away from your sister while circling in and out of the starting area and let her kite/engage him. Dive in for cheap shots at his head while he's busy. When either of you goes down and gets revived, run away as soon as the revive is over. Don't forget your thumbs-up or whatever for a health/armor boost.

This is story related and cannot be missed. This unlocks for completing the first mission, ‘Der Nachtfalter’.
This mission is pretty linear. Work your way through the zeppelin until you encounter the General at the front of the airship. During the fight, he will become invisible and teleport around the chamber. As his health decreases, he will lead you outside onto the wing. Continue shooting him and when he’s holding onto the wing, shoot his hands and he will fly into the engine. The achievement will unlock during the short cutscene.
