Little Berlim (Hospital) - I finished the game and forgot to get this box and now when I tried to go back there the area is closed, how do I access it now?

@ The Killers425 Thanks for the warning bud, nothing worse then getting them all and then having to redo the entire game to unlock the achievement as I had to do that with one of the chest on one of the AC Games lol. Thumbs up from me

This is a warning, not a solution
This achievement is somewhat buggy.
i had 2 crates left for this achievement, and when i went back to get them, even though it said i didn't have them, they were already open, and i'm 95% sure that i'd opened them before.
i'm not really sure how to fix this or prevent it, but i'd suggest waiting at least 5 or so seconds after opening a red crate to pause/get knocked down/leave, just in case it's caused by it not having time to give you the concept art.

There are 25 red supply crates distributed throughout the districts. Concepts are the collectibles found in red supply crates, and to open them you need a code which is revealed by decoding floppy disks in terminals, which are in the general area of the crate (a terminal is located in the Catacombs if you cannot find one).
There are six types of traditional collectibles; UVK Covers, Cassette Tapes, 3D Glasses, Floppy Disks, Readables, and Concepts. Each have their own achievement and are found in all the districts in the game, but not all collectibles will be accessible upon your first visit to an area. For some, a certain weapon or ability is required that you may not possess until later in the game.
Once you reach Level 30, it is highly recommended that you purchase the ‘Secrets Collector’ skill in the Mind tree for 3 ability points. It will identify all six types of collectibles on your minimap with a star icon, as well as all unopened coin supply crates in the current district. Note that if there is an up or down arrow on the star, the collectible is either above or below you.
There is a seventh collectible called Treasure Maps. There are 20 total and are revealed once you complete the ‘Treasure Hunt’ side mission. Even though there is no separate achievement for finding all of these, they do count as side missions and therefore are a requirement for Partisan (15G).
To see which collectibles you have obtained, press to open your Journal. Note that some collectibles do not appear until you have obtained previous ones or later on in the story.
If you haven’t acquired the ‘Secrets Collector’ ability yet, or if you want to know how to obtain ones that may seem impossible to reach, a full collectible video has been provided, courtesy of Achievement Squad.
