How to unlock the One woman army achievement in Wolfenstein: Youngblood - Definitive Guide
New patch came out 1.0.5 and apparently it's good. I've seen one new new thing that maybe helps with this achievement.
So with the new patch an update "An amount of ammo for basic weapons is now replenished after a player respawns" this efectivly means just kill yourself after your out of ammo and you'll get it back. (If this works well, keep playing the first mission and kill yourself to respawn with more)
There is a Pep signal that gives you Hammer ammo and makes those kills much easier to farm - Credit to Lifebringer23

Note: You need 'Bigger Guns' & 'Extreme Gun Pocket' Both of these are in the muscle section under character.
I would also recommend getting 'Ballistic Ammo Pack', 'Kraftwerk Ammo Optimizer' And 'Far Grabber' perks as these will greatly help.
All Standard Weapons
- Pistole
- MaschinenPistole
- Blitzgewehr
- Sturmgewhr
- Kugelgewhr
- Laserkraftwerk
- Elektrokraftwerk
- Dieselkraftwerk
- Melee
For all of these weapons the easiest way to grind them is load the first level General Winkler using Abby on easy difficulty, and play as many times as you need to mastery all guns. For the final boss make sure you use Laserkraftwerk/Elektrokraftwerk on him this kills him very quickly. Then before shooting his hands ending the level, loot the room for all ammo.
All Heavy/Hammer Weapons
- DieselHammer
- LaserHammer
- KugelHammer
- ÜberHammer
DieselHammer, LaserHammer, KugelHammer
- Method might start you at the start of mission now -
Found a great way to grind the Disel gun.
Replay the first level and play through as normal until you get to the long tunnel with the hatch at the end, this leads into the casino area.
Run and drop through the tunnel and kill the Supersoldaten to your right, he will drop 2 'Disel Hammer Weapons' Make sure to pick up both ammo so your at 60 and kill everyone, when they're dead run to the side and jump of to kill yourself. Do this until you have no lifes and you'll load back before you killed them all.
As for the rest these are difficult and the most time consuming guns to mastery, and all will take up the most time. Good thing to know, if you have either of these guns in your inventory turret kills count towards mastery. If you spawn in Little Berlin and run to the Laser Turret at the end without killing anyone you can use it, although it's only 7-8 kills you will get.
What I did and recommend, you go-to Lab-X using the Metro map, and smash the crates that give you ammo for each Hammer weapon, (Max you can have is 250) then replay the first level again General Winkler and kill everyone.
ÜberHammer
By far the easiest weapon in the game to master.
There are lots of spawns for the Zitadelle but the 2 easiest ones to farm are load up Brother 1 from the Metro Map. There is a Zitadelle right outside the spawn point simply kill him and get the ammo.

The second you will want to use the Metro and go-to Little Berlin run forward and to the Right where you'll see a Laser turret go behind it and through the gate and continue to the bus in front of you, go through the bus and look on the bridge to your left to see a big enemy he will have the gun and ammo you need.

@Nightbase, is there? Why do I learn this stuff after I do it lol I will add that to the guide though, very useful for other people.

Just to add the kills per weapon. Pistols = 400. Wehrs = 600. Kraftwerks = 400. Uberhammer = 50. Kugelhammer = 600. Diesel/Laserhammer = 400. Cheers.

For Hammer weapons ammo, an alternative to Lab X is to search for Super Soldaten, which some have fixed spawn, for example:
Kugelhammer -> Riverside
Laserhammer -> Brother 3
Dieselhammer -> Political Detention Area 4 (North side)
Überhammer -> Little Berlin
In most cases those Super Soldaten are near to the initial spawn area, if you want more details I found this video on YouTube (it is not mine):

The fastest way for the normal guns (not including the kraftwerks or hammer guns due to ammo consumption/rarity) is by running through the first mission, killing Whiner-dude with overcharged lasekraftwerk shots (using the scope-in easy aim), and refilling guns at catacombs (rinse and repeat). I consistently got over 50 kills by triggering each alarm at each section. The enemies for the most part don't have the stupid barriers.
If I find a better method including the kraftwerk and hammer guns I'll update. The problem I run into is inconsistency in the efficiency of finding ammo.
For the laserhammer, specifically, Brother 1 run thrus are excellent for farming. There are always only lasersupersoldaten that you can easily get ammo from, especially if you milk alarms and leave kommandants alive at each section.

I used a similar method for all the standard guns, but I've hit a bit of a brick wall with the 4 Hammer weapons when it comes to finding enough ammo to grind kills with. Very slow and frustrating. If only you could save and reload checkpoints like previous Wolfenstein games, would solve everything.

For a relatively easy ammo source for the Heavy/Hammer weapons, you have only to look in the Catacombs.
If you're standing facing the Metro map, there'll be a hover boat just to your right. At the end of the boat that has the giant fan on it, look into the corner just past the fan and you should spot one of those red generators. To the right of this generator is an ammo cache that fills your Heavy/Hammer ammo.
Pick it up, exit the game and reload. You should be standing at the map and can just turn and pick it up again. Once full just head back to Abby and restart the first mission.
Granted, you have to quit and reload the game a few times depending on the weapon, but it's much easier than having to kill Nazis and/or search for ammo in the levels.
You're welcome.

I suggest for LASERHAMMER to do brother 3, you can do the whole mission or kill the first supersoldaten or use one of the turrets that are present in front of the door to continue.
instead, for kugelhammer my suggest is the brother 2 council which is full of soldiers giving ammunition. I hope I was helpful to someone.

There are 13 weapons in total that you need to achieve mastery level 10 with. Reaching a mastery level requires a certain amount of kills with that weapon. For this, you are going to be revisiting districts and replaying missions a lot. With each mastery level you earn a damage bonus. Plus, if you purchase and equip certain mod brand upgrades, they will give you bonuses as well, so be mindful of which upgrades you are applying to your weapons; the Stier brand is best for damage.
Note that there is an individual achievement for mastering one Hammer weapon. For this achievement, you need to master all four Hammer weapons.
As a benefit, the enemies respawn each time you visit a location. The Little Berlin district has the least armored enemies in the city along with the first mission, ‘Der Nachtfalter’. You can try other districts, but there will be more heavily-armored enemies, and if your weapons aren’t upgraded enough, it might not be worth your time.
Ammo for ballistic weapons is relatively easy to find, but you are going to be hard-pressed to find ammo for your Kraftwerk and Hammer weapons. It is highly suggested that you purchase the ‘Kraftwerk Ammo Optimizer’ ability when you reach Level 30 as it doubles the capacity for those weapons. For Hammer ammo, you might want to consider purchasing the ‘Hammer Rage’ pep signal for 5000 coins as it gives you a small amount of ammo each time you use your pep signal.
The best place to find Hammer ammo in decent quantities is in Lab X or in larger double wooden crates. Upgrading the hammers will make them more efficient thus requiring less ammo to kill enemies.
For Kraftwerk ammo, along with Lab X, there is an ammo case close to the Metro Map in the Catacombs (looking at the map, it is back and to the right). There are also cases in the metro station in Riverside and its surrounding area. If you are in need of ammo, travel between these two points until you are maxed out.

Use a support signal called Hammer Fury, it allows you to replenish a small amount of ammo for heavy weapons, including the Hammer series. While you are shooting enemies with one weapon, slowly accumulate ammo for another.

You need to fully upgrade all weapons plus all 4 types of heavy weapons and that 5450 kilos
I am attaching a video on farming kraftwerk weapons and all heavy weapons. It shows where to pick up ammo and how best to farm.

The easiest way is to buy the “fury of the wolf” skill for 5000 coins, which gives a little of all types of ammunition for heavy weapons

In the Victory Boulevard location there are Kugelhamer and Laserhamer turrets
They have endless charges and kills count from them too!
Also, in my opinion, the most difficult weapon is the Dieselhamer
Due to the small amount of ammunition, you need to constantly look for resources for it.
Let's go to Little Berlin, preferably with 2k coins
There are wooden boxes (5) in the location, from which 1 of 4 heavy weapons randomly appear. We buy x2 ammunition for the drop of ammunition with money and every time we run out of resources we take 30-40 rounds of ammunition from the box at once, the one we need doesn’t fall out, we die and look again.
