This is story related and cannot be missed. After completing the three Brother raids, you are tasked with locating Lab X. From the Catacombs, travel through Riverside until you reach Siegturm Plaza through a gate. Once in the plaza, follow the magnifying glass marker on your minimap to a bulletin board that will reveal the entrance inside an advertising pillar. Follow the in-game instructions to open the pillar and reveal the elevator to Lab X.
