There are three types of stealth kills; headshot from a silenced pistol (suppressor upgrade from the ‘Nadel’ set), melee takedown from behind (counts towards Ripper (10G)), and thrown weapon (counts towards Supreme ninja (10G)). But in order for it to count as a stealth kill, they must be completely unaware of you. All these kills count towards Resistor (15G) and the appropriate weapon mastery achievements.
To perform a stealth takedown, creep up behind an enemy and press
when the prompt appears. If you’ve purchased the ‘Supersoldat Hunter’ ability in the Muscle tree and are using a knife, you can stealth kill armored Supersoldaten as well which will count towards Sting like a bee (15G).
To see how many stealth kills you have, press
and click on ‘Statistics’. Your total number of stealth kills will be shown in the ‘General’ section, which also counts towards your overall kills.
