How to unlock the Tacticool achievement in Wolfenstein: Youngblood - Definitive Guide
Pretty Straight Forward.
Simply upgrade a weapon with all attachments using the same brand.
*Edit* As pointed out by IrritatedPuppy; The attatchments must be first purchased, and then also 'improved'. In order to *fully upgrade*.
**You can also get this achieve by upgrading Hammer weapons, they only have 3 slots, so getting 3 of the same brand (Stier, why wouldn't you...) and improving them will get you the achieve too.**

Weapons have 5 upgrade slots, upgrading them with 3 attachments of the same brand is the condition required to grant an additional bonus to your weapon, take it to the limit and all the attachments on your weapon with the brand to earn this achievement.
When selecting attachments to purchase each attachment option is by a different brand.
-Nadel (3 attachments of this brand adds bonus headshot damage).
-Tempo (3 attachments of this brand adds increased ammo capacity).
-Stier (3 attachments of this brand increases all inflicted damage).
You fill each attachment slot with the same brand, fully upgrading that weapon.

There are three weapon brands; Nadel (for accuracy), Tempo (for fire rate) and Stier (for damage). Depending on the weapon, there are three to five attachments; ballistic (gewehr) weapons have five, Kraftwerk weapons have four, and Hammer weapons have three. For this achievement, you need to fully upgrade one of the three weapon brands in all the attachments available for that weapon.
Note: Along with purchasing the upgrade, you also need to purchase the ‘Improve’ upgrade.
Even though Hammer weapons have fewer attachments, they end up costing you more (approximately 3200 coins for an entire brand). The Pistole/Maschinenpistole, even though having five attachments, ultimately costs you less (approximately 2800 coins for an entire brand), so you’re saving roughly 400 coins by upgrading the Pistole/Maschinenpistole over a Hammer. The ‘Improve’ upgrade for the Pistole is first available at Level 15.
If and when you do decide to fully upgrade a Hammer, you won’t be able to until you reach Level 20 and have purchased the ‘Extreme Gun Pocket’ perk in the Muscle tree for 6 agility points.

It is necessary that the improvements be of the same type. For example, I got it by installing all the improved versions of "Shtir".
