Use a heavy tank or a tank destroyer and look for easy prey.
The light tanks are the ones you need.
You can hit them almost anywhere (except for the the tank tread!).

Using the AP ammo in the tank destroyers seemed to help me - as did picking on artillery!

For this achievement you can use the artillery.
Choose the enemy and load your shoot : you will see a circle at the end of the line, when the circle surround the enemy SHOOT!.
If you have luck the shoot destroy the tank.
Very easy achievement, i did in my first attempt.
