This is quite straight-forward once you have a Heavy tank. The earliest Heavy tanks are the French and German Tier 4 Heavies. Otherwise, you'll have to get to Tier 5 for most heavy tanks. Heavy tanks have a diamond with two lines through it by their Tier number.
Just start a game with your heavy tank, if you get destroyed you can just go straight to your garage and pick another ready heavy tank and play another match! It will take some time to get this followup achievement for 100 matches played but don't spend too much time watching games finish after you're out and it should go faster:

NOTE: Thanks to Moneyshot360 for pointing this out, it would be worth combining this achievement with either the US "The Sherminator" or the USSR's "The 122 and U" achievements. If you research the US M4 you can also research a US Heavy tank(T1 Heavy), and the Soviet tanks for that achievement are all heavy tanks so all would be progress in the Heavy tanks.
Also, if the Japanese Heavy tanks are ever added then there would be a Tier 3 Heavy tank!!

The The Sherminator achievement in World of Tanks worth 53 pointsOwn the M4, M4A3E2, and M4A3E8 Sherman tanks simultaneously.
