In garage select any tank you want (I recommend level 1, lower level, lower cost of camouflage) and press X for upgrade, scroll right and choose "Customize". Select "Camouflage" choose empty slot and choose one of the camouflages.

Cannot get this to unlock

I followed the posted guide and applied camouflage to my tank for every season but like Hero2None I cannot get this to pop. There must be more to it than just applying a camouflage as it appears to only be unlocked every 3 days or so. If anyone figures it out, please let me know.
