How to unlock the Tanks ATTACKED achievement in World of Tanks - Definitive Guide
To find the minigame, you have to access it from the screen when the game first loads up! I couldn't find it for a while myself.
My experience was that this is slightly difficult; there's several things to keep in mind that should help you get this first try!
1. If you Do Not move your tank, the aiming reticle gets smaller.
2. If you Do Not move your turret, your aiming reticle also gets smaller!
3. Combine the above two whenever possible to shoot enemy tanks that are still off the screen. They won't shoot you until they are well on the screen--spawn kill them!
4. When you start getting into level 4+, you need to kill the tanks really fast, try to take them out almost as soon as they spawn. If you don't, the tanks will build up in number and can get you trapped!
5. The perks that drop from tanks are VERY useful depending on what drops. They will disappear after about 10-15 seconds though, so snag them quickly if you can. If you get a camouflage, hang onto it for level 10 though, it will be VERY useful when the German Maus shows up.
6. Each wave increases the number of enemies, until wave 10, where you'll get one Maus tank which takes a LOT of hits to kill, and unlimited other tanks to distract.
7. I found running a circular pattern would keep me from getting hit most of the time. You can even stop and go to dodge shots.
I hope this helps!! Please let me know if there's anyway to improve.

Not to knock your tips at all because they are good, but having accomplished this on my first try I have a few of my own.
Don't stop moving. Always be on the move heading for a corner of the map. you may miss some but they will miss more
Never split up a group. always try to get them in a crowd and circle them. Makes them easier to hit and easier to dodge. Do not let one get on another side of you. If a new tank is coming onto the map and will force you to split, change directions.
Most importantly aim at the tracks. You can track these guys just like the regular game. Even if you are moving you can do it very easily. tracking means you can broadside them with little effort.
+1 for your guide man

Great tips! If you want, I can try adding them to the solution, or just leave them here in the comments--you have top comment, so that's a great spot to be.
I think your tracking tip is really helpful! As well as keep them in a crowd by circling if possible.

The other solution suggest you should not move too much, but I found out that for me the opposite worked the best. So here's my solution;
1. Always keep moving. Stopping makes you a target dummy and the cpu doesn't aim too well when you drive
2. Move in a circular direction. Switch once a while from clockwise to counter clock wise
3. Don't move your turret too much, if you move correctly in a circular motion you only need to aim once when you start circulling.
4. Get the perks! They are very useful. I always attempted to save them as long as possible, but used them when a new one showed up. They show up about every 2-4 kills
5. Try to get as many enemy tanks grouped together in your circle; the enemy tanks will collide together and stop and you will pretty much always hit one of the tanks.
6. The end boss, the mauz is not too hard. Although it requires quite some hits. At first just aim at the mauz until, a few extra enemies show up. If you keep up with the circular motion they will all end up inside your circle. Try to switch between the mauz and the others because those drop very usefull perks.
7. hang on to the health perks as long as possible. Using them gives you full health, so using them early is waste!
The amount of enemies which keeps getting bigger doesn't matter too much if you keep going circular and keep driving. You might have to switch the direction more often, but that's about it.
