This is quite straight-forward once you have a Tank Destroyer(TD). At time of writing, every nation except Chinese and Japanese have Tier 2 TD's. TD's have a triangle by their Tier number.
Just start a game with your TD, if you get destroyed you can just go straight to your garage and pick another ready TD and play another match! It will take some time to get these two followup achievements but don't spend too much time watching games finish after you're out and it should go faster:
The TD Corporal achievement in World of Tanks worth 22 pointsPlay 50 matches as a tank destroyer. MP only.
The TD Captain achievement in World of Tanks worth 64 pointsPlay 100 matches as a tank destroyer. MP only.

You can check your progress by going onto the stats page while in the garage for each TD you play. Or since you're on the Xbox One version you can check your percentage via the achievement list when you double tap the guide button an scroll down to achievements.
This doesn't have to be done all in one TD.
