How to unlock the Victory achievement in World of Tanks - Definitive Guide

When starting out in WoT, things can be VERY chaotic as you're learning how everything works.
From the Garage in-game, pressing
while highlighting any of your tanks will get you into a game.
A few tips you can maybe use at this point:
1. Look at your map with
. Find yourself, the big white arrow, and then the green diamonds. The green diamonds are your team. Try to keep the green diamonds between you and the empty parts of the map or any red diamonds that show up.
2. Once you've got that down, then move up behind your teammates, and try to help them with some kills to help for the win while staying far enough back so that "Detected" doesn't show up on the left side of your screen.
3. Don't forget,
zooms in the view, and clicking 
goes ever farther!
4. Have fun! It's a great game, and don't give up if your first few matches go badly. It didn't go well for me either, probably because there are some people who just love scalping newbies in Tier 1 tanks and matches.
