Go to Editor option on start screen.
Press Y for new map, add any name.
Press three lines button to exit map and scroll down to "Monster Groups"
Press Y to create new group, add any name. Press A to Edit.
Press A to add monster, scroll pages using RB and highlight any monster then press Y.
Add as many of the monster abilities as you like and press B to finish.
Your Achievement will pop as the game saves your monster.

The, Pants, Party
When you select a monster to add to a wave, you also have the option to add extra abilities to it. Add at least two abilities and then it will ask you to save/name the monster. Do so to unlock the achievement.
