The key to rapid leveling is the endless mode which is unlocked after tier1. Customise your set-up to the first map. I was able to reach wave 40. This gave me almost 3million Xp and took me from level 47 to level 95 in less than hour.
Endless has a wave multiplier bonus so rather than earn set amount each wave you gain a multiplier each wave you survive which gives huge rewards.
