From the totem in the town as miss Terri head east to the ship then south. Use the scarf to get to the high ground in the middle then head south east until you get to catfish creature, ride this south, use the Heli seeds to head south again. As the ground starts to lower look to the east for an island with the tablet. Control a chipmonk to jump across to retrieve it
