EDIT: According to player "NuclearNyborg" those who don't have the DLC, it may still be possible to do this method. The solution is to enter a lobby of a friend who has it or someone who can put you in the lobby. As long as you don't leave the lobby, you'll be fine and you can use the method as many times as you need.

First of all, those guides above are really good. I can see that without even trying it myself. But the method I used to get through the grind for XP and especially the money was pretty good explained in the video.
I'm not gonna be detailed with this solution because all you need to know is shown in the other guides. Like I said, this is just a farming method, which got me through the last grind, especially if you don't have the DLCs.

And please be aware of the bulls, because there is a chance of 2 bulls coming up at once, even 3 if you're unlucky and they can mess up things pretty quickly.
Last tip from me would be, that you pick up the virus sample at the last defense, but only if you think that you'll be able to survive.
It'll infect you as soon as you get hit and you will have less time to be revived. But the little bonus is it worth in my opinion. I would recommend this farm solo, because bots are incredibly strong, and most importantly as much stealthy as possible.

This is just for the Multiplayer Class XP grind:

Get a group of 4 players with Xbox (Prefer Series X) and Gamepass.

On your Xbox (Series X) you want to sign in with secondary accounts.
Then you want to go for Gamestreaming/Cloud Play for your Main Accounts via PC (xbox.com/play) or Smart Phone.

Build a party with your Secondary Accounts, and one with your Main Accounts. Then search together in Multiplayer. You should find each other in no time. When you get randoms, just switch the playlist.

Wait for the game loading, then the leader of the Secondary Accounts just leaves the Game and start searching again. The Main Accounts will get instant 1k XP. After the Credits Screen, you should find your Secondary Accounts nearly instantly.

Don't forget to choose the class, you want to level up.

Takes about 5-7 hours (depending on connection issues) with Series Consoles, to get 10 Classes to level 13.
This can be done without a Series Console, but keep in mind, the loading time is increasing dramaticly. If you don't have Gamepass/Cloud Gaming, you can do this with 8 players, exchanging each round, but keep in mind this doubles the required time.
