Refer to the Grimoire trophy on how to acquire the specific spell: Spell of Domination. It costs 16638 research points to learn and takes 5000 mana to cast it. Once you get familiar with this game you will see that this is a ludicrous endeavor; it takes a long boring grind-fest of a game to acquire this type of resource.

As soon as the spell is successfully cast you will head to a game results screen. The trophy will unlock shortly after arriving at this final screen.

Note: If you win the game using this spell then the trophies Exterminatus, So long, and thanks for the spells and any of the Sorcerer Lord "Win as XXXXX" (such as Created to win) will not unlock for that particular game.
