Worlds of Magic: Planar Conquest (JP)

There are many worlds/planes in this game and you wouldn't really be playing if you didn't make it to at least 1. The active main game menu even has a Plane Switcher option to perform these travels. If you enter the Tutorial you will eventually be required to do this. In the tutorial the trophy will unlock immediately after traveling to Earth.
