How to unlock the Waterworld achievement in Worlds of Magic: Planar Conquest - Definitive Guide

This is really the same trophy as Founding Father but it requires the world to be the Water plane. Start a new game using only the Water Plane, train a Pioneer (or similar unit) and then go build a city. The trophy will unlock immediately after you build the city.
