To get this achievement you have to complete the puzzle 6 without losing any health.
To Begin with start by going to the left and drop on top of the mine in the bunker, after this immediately jump out of the way (to the left) and allow the mine to explode.
Position your worm underneath the parcel on the ledge above you, Equip the Fire Punch weapon and do a backflip, and whilst doing so use the fire punch, this will allow you to collect the crate.(jumping whist using the Fire punch allows you to gain more height)
Quickly, Once you have collected the crate go back into the bunker and hug the wall as far to your right as you can, this is to take cover.
(you should do this as the enemy worm uses a petrol bomb and is very accurate, this way if you take cover the enemy will just skip go)
Next- Use the jet pack which you collected earlier and collect the package above the enemy worm, then drop back down to the enemy take off your jet pack and use the Blowtorch which you just collected and push the enemy into the water.

Trigger the mine to your left, jump back up the ledge and run to the right. After the mine has gone off, go over to the package, get beneath it and double jump and use your fire punch to collect it. Then, take cover from the enemy worm in the blast crater. This is important because the work will often use a very accurate Petrol Bomb.
Next use the jet pack to collect the package above the enemy worm, then drop back down to the enemy, take off your Jet Pack and use the Blowtorch and push the enemy into the water.
