I don't know about the first tip, but I did this:
1) move a little to the left, so as to launch an air attack at the nearest worm (the charges must go from the right to the diagonal to the left, and once it hits the worm, it falls to the one with 20 HP,
2) we parachute down to the distant worm (the one with 35 HP) and hammer it with a bat so that it joins its guys from the team
3)blow finishes off all three with his head up, jumps out of harm’s way so that the self-destruction campaign doesn’t hurt
