Really simple, play through the story until you reach the 6th level (the first place where you have multiple choices which level to play), and play the level Brain Freeze, now you have 2 choices, either stay up top and keep skipping your go (you get +5 HP every turn), but you will have to wait for the other team to skip their go too.

Alternatively you could kill the first 3 blue worms, Asgard, Ivar & Kori, then before you activate the checkpoint, keep skipping your go, since there are no enemy worms nearby this way will be much faster.

The guide from Craiglionheart is quite effective and I am sure that by now, people have figured out other ways to get to 300HP but I will post another very easy and quick method.

From the Main Menu go to Customisation, then Edit Game Settings, Deathmatch and Create Game Settings.

This way you can create your own game mode, or you can ignore this and edit an existing mode but I chose to create a new one and name it "Health". While you're editing your new or existing mode, go to Game Options, upgrade your Worm Health to 200, then go to Object Options and set Health Drop to 90%, Health Value to 100 and Max Crates Per Turn to 3.

After you're done, simply go back to the main menu and start a Versus match under Local Play against an AI. It would help if you selected a relatively small and flat area that you can easily walk on. The first health crate you will pick up with your 200 health worm, will unlock the achievement for you.

The game has been updated on February 3rd, 2015 and the achievement is now fully unlockable.

This is a very simple achievement to unlock, and can be done on the second story mission.

If you simply position yourself correctly so you do not get hurt while going through it, you will unlock the achievement when you get about halfway through the level and pick up the health pack!

It should be noted that I got the game with Games with Gold and I bought the DLC so I emailed Team17 with the problem. MikeUnited007 has informed me that you can still obtain this achievement via the disc format if you refuse the update.

All You have to do is make a new game mode and make the health drop rate to max and the other drops to zero, also max out how much health each crate gives you to a hundred. Now play a versus game and play against a guest with the game mode you just made and you should get it in a turn or two

Hello everyone !

if you are not looking to make this achievement quickly, you can campaign quietly until you reach the Feudist Worms mission (It's the mission at the top right of the map, in the corner of the Asian house).

Normally at the beginning of this mission you will have achievement directly because in your team you have a worms of 300 PV.
