How to unlock the Let the Bodies Hit the Floor achievement in Worms Battlegrounds - Definitive Guide
This is easy, but grindy,
The fastest way for me was on the Inca map. I took the airstrike loadout for both worms.
Use airstrikes on multiple worms, bunker busters on single if you can't easily hit with a bazooka or shotgun.
I was averaging 35 worms a game (55-60k score), so it took 7-8 games to do.
The achievement pops when the match has finished after your 250th kill.
Edit - reloading a checkpoint appears not to work. You must finish the round for them to count.

what type of worms did you use to get the airstrike?

When you start a Bodycount match, you can change the loadouts for worms by selecting the worm and pressing A I believe. Choose the loadout that gives additional airstrikes and bunker busters for both.
Also, I'm wondering if the kills are tracked in the achievement tracker? Mine aren't, and I don't want to continue if it is glitched.

OPTIONAL SOLUTION:
After first attempting solution one on this site it wasn't working...no way to explain other than I had hundreds of kills without it tracking.
Here are my steps (not all may be needed if you do this straightaway instead of playing through the dlc first):
1). Fail at solution 1, you tried and just can't get it to unlock.
2). You're ready to get your last achievement because this removes your progress from everything.
3). Go to Xbox One dashboard and go to blu-Ray settings, find the option to clear out your persistent data, do it.
4). Remove worms battlegrounds and dlc from your system.
5). When removing save data, when prompted, remove from local storage and cloud.
6). Reinstall Worms Battleground and Alien Invasion.
7). Start Worms, exit the intro game and get to the menus.
8). Go local, Alien Invasion, Bodycount, Inca.
9). Play and get as many kills as possible.
10). When finished screen comes up, HIT RETRY, NOT CONTINUE. (I had hundreds of kills selected on continue and it did not pop).
11). Keep track on a scrap piece of paper, here is my game log
33 - retry
27 - retry
33 - retry
35 - retry
31 - retry
42 - retry
43 - retry (total now at 243)
21 - completion screen comes up and pops.

I wish I had seen your solution before playing, definitely works like a charm.

The best tactic i found is playing on the "Japan" map. Use both worms and position them right on top of the blue magnet. This will often prevent getting hit by most of the enemies weapons that get distractet by the magnet. Vice versa, if you want to use those kind of weapons, you'll have to leave the magnets radius of operiation yourself.
Also note: Enemy worms will not spawn in flooded areas. So use any water related weapon to flood as many areas of the map as you can. This way you can decrease the enemies terrain which makes it easier to hit them, when they are concentrated on a few spots.
But remember. Killing 250 Worms can take a long time. And you'll need to play many rounds, if you are not the Uber Worm Killer.

For this trophy you must kill a total of 250 worms in Bodycount matches, thankfully this is cumulative so you do not have to earn this in one go. This will probably take around 2 hours, I recommend the Japan map and trying and get as many multi kills as possible, you should average 20-30 kills per match.
This can be done over multiple games. There is no stat tracker, so you can keep track manually, or just play until it unlocks. You will average around 20–25 kills a game, so this shouldn’t take too long.

For a simpler boost, select the “Soldier” class of both worms. They have more area damage weapons, which encourages multikills.
