Firstly, you want to get the utility crate in the bottom left of the map ASAP. Use jet packs to get over there and grab it, as it contains telekinesis.
With that same worm after using the teleport gun to get close to the UFO, use telekinesis on the UFO and drop it down into the hole.
You can now safely shoot/let the barrels explode. Just be mindful of the flames and where they will fall, as they can fall down the hole onto it.
I personally didn't explode the middle set just in case, but did explode the two side sets from underneath to wipe out the above worms quicker.
If you don't get telekinesis early on, do not stand near any barrels as enemy worms will blow them damaging the UFO if it isn't moved.
Once it's moved, wipe the enemy worms out and the achievement will pop upon level completion.
You can also jet pack to the top of the stairs and fire punch a hole under the water. This knocks all enemy worms down to the bottom and kills the majority of them due to the mines and explosions leaving just the worms up high to the left and right which are easily dealt with air strikes/bunker buster later.

This trophy is obtained in mission 6 and is easier than it sounds. At the start of the mission have a worm jetpack up to the centre of the level where the square of water is located, position yourself in the middle underneath and use Fire Punch, the water will pour out both ways and kill/damage several worms making this a lot easier. Also keep your worms away from the centre if you can so enemy worms do not target you and accidentally damage the UFO.

The UFO will be placed in the center of the map with explosive canisters surrounding it. You’re going to want to stay away from that center area, because you will be targeted and there is a chance that the impact might be close enough to a canister to set it off. I recommend using your jet pack to get to higher ground, and use as many water weapons as possible to flush out the enemies on the step-like structure. There is a square of water at the top of this structure, be sure to pierce it in the center so that both sides of the structure get wet. There is also a jug of water on the right side, so make sure you hit that as well. You will also have four water jet packs, waste these above enemy worms to slide them right off.
